The Two Ordering Paths & Payment Terms
Path 1: Shop Bestsellers (I Want This)
Products listed in our catalog (keychains, dash mounts, QR stands, nameplates, desk organizers) are priced as listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Custom options (custom embossed text, vehicle model, colorway) can be configured directly at checkout with no hidden surcharges.
Path 2: Custom Order (I Want Something Else)
For broken plastic clips, discontinued parts, or bespoke mechanical ideas: you submit a photo or dimensions. We review the geometry, calculate print weight and material requirements, and provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote before production begins.
100% Advance Payment Policy
All custom 3D printing orders, personalized nameplates, and broken part reverse-engineering jobs require 100% advance payment via UPI (or debit/credit/netbanking) prior to CAD drafting, slicing, and 3D print queue allocation. Because custom parts are manufactured uniquely to your specifications, physical production begins only after payment confirmation.
Manufacturing Standards & 3D Print Tolerances
All parts are manufactured using desktop FDM 3D printing in Mumbai:
- Material Selection & Use-Case Matching: We select filaments strictly based on mechanical load and operating environment:
- Tough PLA+: Decorative, desk, display products, and exterior low-heat/low-load automotive covers (used successfully on the founder's own vehicle).
- Durable PETG: Interior car cabin clips, AC vent tabs, moisture-exposed brackets, and functional mounts.
- Flexible TPU: Vibration dampeners, protective gaskets, and impact bumpers.
- Extreme-Heat / Dashboard Policy: Dashboard tops exposed to intense direct windshield greenhouse heat (>70°C) and engine bay parts are evaluated carefully or declined. We do not overpromise materials for thermal environments where open-bed FDM 3D prints are prone to heat deformation.
- Surface Finish: FDM printing builds physical objects layer-by-layer (0.16mm–0.20mm layer height). Very fine layer striations are natural and characteristic of durable 3D printed components.
- Dimensional Tolerance: Standard mechanical fit tolerance is ±0.2mm to ensure snug snap-fits on OEM automotive vents, chassis tubes, and mounting pins.

We stand behind every vehicle mount, broken bracket recreation, and custom replacement part we ship.
🛡️ Scope & How the Guarantee Works:
- Covered Under Free Replacement: If the delivered part fails to match the confirmed dimensions, digital preview, or CAD tolerances agreed upon during WhatsApp consultation, or exhibits manufacturing/layer defects, share photo proof within 7 days of delivery. Our engineers will modify the CAD file, 3D reprint a FREE replacement unit, and dispatch it at zero shipping cost.
- Customer Measurement Inaccuracies: If a part fails to fit because the customer provided incorrect measurements or inaccurate scale references in submitted photos, we provide a priority re-print at raw filament & shipping cost only (with 100% free CAD redesign support), rather than a free replacement.
Dispatch & Shipping Timelines
Standard catalog items and personalized keychains/plates enter the print farm within hours and dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivered via tier-1 couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post) across all Indian pin codes.
Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for 100% Free Standard Shipping. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 applies based on destination.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Standard Non-Custom Products
Can be cancelled before physical printing starts for a 100% refund. If received defective, returnable within 7 days for a full refund or instant replacement.
Personalized & Bespoke Items
Products embossed with custom names, custom logos, or manufactured from one-off CAD designs cannot be cancelled once active 3D printing begins. In case of transit damage or misspelling on our part, we ship a 100% free remake immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to your originating UPI ID / bank account within 24–48 banking hours.
Partner & Affiliate Program Terms
- Commission Rate: Partners earn 10% cash commission on eligible product totals of orders placed via their unique referral link or 5% discount code.
- UPI Cashout Minimum: Cash withdrawals to UPI require a minimum balance of ₹500.
- 2X Store Credit Option: Partners can convert any amount (min ₹50) into 2X Store Credit Vouchers with double buying power (e.g. ₹200 becomes ₹400 voucher) to order free 3D prints on JaldiOrder.
- Fair Promotion Policy: Partners must not use spam, deceptive advertising, or fake claims. Self-referrals or fraud will result in account disqualification.
Brand Compatibility & Nominative Fair Use
Any reference on this website or in our marketing to vehicle brand names, car/motorcycle models (such as Volkswagen, Mahindra, Royal Enfield, BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Tata), or appliance brands (such as Philips, Preethi, Bosch) is made strictly for nominative fair use to describe the mechanical, physical, or dimensional compatibility of custom replacement parts and accessories.
JaldiOrder is an independent custom rapid manufacturing studio. We do not manufacture, sell, or affix counterfeit trademarked badges, logos, or emblems. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket custom accessories and are not manufactured by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

JaldiOrder operates in full compliance with Indian laws. We strictly refuse and reject any custom order requests for: weapons, firearm components, suppressors, illegal contraband, unauthorized copyrighted counterfeit badges, or hazardous materials.
Governing Law & Support
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
