Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to process custom 3D prints, fulfill orders, dispatch couriers across India, and manage partner payouts:
📦 Order & Delivery Details
Customer name, WhatsApp/phone number, shipping address, landmark, and PIN code required for door-to-door courier delivery.
📸 Custom Fabrication Files
Reference photos of broken parts, sketches, dimensions, vehicle models, or CAD/STL files you upload for custom modeling and manufacturing.
💸 Partner & Affiliate Data
Partner name, phone number, UPI ID for automated cash commission payouts, and bcrypt-hashed 4-digit Security PIN.
🍪 Cookies & Attribution
Lightweight 30-day cookie strictly used to attribute 10% partner commissions when visitors arrive via a referral link.
How We Use Your Information
- Precision Manufacturing: To 3D print your custom orders with exact tolerances and personalized text (names, vehicle models, logos).
- Order Status & Tracking: To send real-time WhatsApp updates with print progress photos, dispatch alerts, and live courier tracking numbers.
- Direct Payouts: To disburse earned affiliate commissions directly to your registered UPI ID upon request.
- Customer Support: To troubleshoot sizing, provide free reprints under our 100% Fit Guarantee, or assist with quote calculations.
Confidentiality of 3D Models & IP
Your private engineering designs, proprietary product prototypes, and personal photos remain 100% confidential.
When you submit a photo or CAD file for a custom prototype, replacement bracket, or personalized item, we use it strictly for your manufacturing job. We never sell, license, or publicly distribute your proprietary CAD files to third parties.
If we create an educational or showcase photograph of a generic replacement fix for our "What We Made This Week" gallery, all personal identifying information, customer names, license plates, and proprietary markings are completely masked or omitted.
Payment Security (Zero Card Data Stored)
JaldiOrder operates on direct Unified Payments Interface (UPI) protocols and certified payment rails (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Bank Apps).
Partner Referral Privacy Masking
We believe in end-to-end privacy for both our customers and our affiliate partners.
When a partner views their referred orders dashboard, customer names are automatically masked (e.g. R**** S****) and personal contact numbers/addresses are omitted. This gives partners full financial visibility over their 10% commissions without compromising customer privacy.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
Under Indian information technology guidelines, you have the right to review, update, or request permanent deletion of your stored information or uploaded design files.
To request data deletion, simply send a message to our WhatsApp support at +919767074199 or email orders@jaldiorder.com with your Order # or Partner Phone number. Your files will be purged from our production servers within 48 hours.
